Simon Bolivar International Airport(SVMI/CCS), also known as "Maiquetia Airport," serves Venezuela's capital, Caracas, which is located 30km from the airport. This is Venezuela´s most important airport, receiving between 40 and 50 daily flights, most of which are operated by classic planes like MD-80s or 737-200s.
